This Privacy Policy explains how Never-2-Far collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you visit our websites at never-2-far.com, draft.never-2-far.com, and when you express interest in our upcoming memorial visitation service.

Never-2-Far is jointly operated by Neu N Optimal PLT (Malaysia, Business Reg. PT 60575327100) and Cirra Edge Pte Ltd (Singapore). When this Policy says "we", "us", or "Never-2-Far", it refers to both entities together as joint controllers of your personal information. You can contact either entity, for any reason, at a single point: care@never-2-far.com.

1. Who we are

Neu N Optimal PLT (registered in Malaysia, Business Reg. PT 60575327100) operates from Klang Valley, Malaysia, and is the lead operating entity for service delivery.

Cirra Edge Pte Ltd (registered in Singapore) is the lead operating entity for service delivery in Singapore.

Both entities are part of the same operating group and act as joint controllers of personal information collected through this site. By submitting any form on this site and ticking the consent box, you are giving consent to both entities to store, use, and process your information for the purposes described in this Policy. Either entity may respond to your inquiries and communications.

2. What information we collect

From our Express Interest form (family member), we collect:

• Full name
• Email address
• Phone number (optional)
• Country of residence (optional)
• Preferred visit date (optional, indicative only — not a booking)
• Any free-text notes you choose to share
• Your marketing-consent preference

From our partner application form, we additionally collect availability indicators and any information you choose to share about your background. We do not currently collect identification documents or payment information through this site.

Technically, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) logs standard request data such as IP address, user agent, and referring page for the purposes of security, fraud prevention, and basic analytics.

3. How we use your information

• To respond to your expression of interest and answer any questions you raise.
• To notify you when our service launches in your area, if you have given consent.
• To assess partner applications and follow up with applicants we wish to onboard.
• To send service-related communications you have specifically requested.
• To improve our website, service design, and operational processes.
• To prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorised use.
• To comply with applicable laws and respond to lawful requests from authorities.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your information for advertising on third-party platforms.

4. Legal basis for processing

We process your personal information based on (i) your consent (which you give by ticking the consent box on our forms), (ii) our legitimate interest in operating and improving the service, and (iii) where applicable, our need to comply with legal obligations in Malaysia, Singapore, and other jurisdictions in which we operate.

5. Who we share your information with

We share personal information only with service providers who help us run the site and prepare for service launch. These currently include:

• Supabase (managed database hosting, Southeast Asia region) — stores your form submissions in our staging environment.
• Cloudflare (content delivery and DNS) — serves our public website and forms.

When our service launches, we will add additional providers (for example, payment processors and email-delivery services) and this Policy will be updated to reflect them.

We do not share your information with advertisers, data brokers, or other third parties for marketing purposes.

6. How we store and protect your data

Your information is stored on managed cloud infrastructure hosted in the Southeast Asia region. Access is restricted to authorised personnel and is governed by row-level security policies. Submissions are encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We do not use shared admin passwords for production systems.

7. How long we keep your information

We retain Express Interest submissions and partner applications for 90 days from your last interaction with us. Any communication you initiate, any reply we send you, or any active partnership relationship resets the clock. After 90 days of no interaction, we will delete your personal information from our active systems.

You can ask us to delete your information sooner than that at any time — see "Your rights" below. We may keep limited records for longer where we are required by law to do so (for example, for tax or audit obligations), but those records will not be used for marketing or for ongoing contact.

8. Your rights — including the right to be removed at any time

Under the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010, the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012, and other applicable laws, you have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you.
• Correct any inaccurate or incomplete information.
• Withdraw consent at any time, for any purpose to which you previously consented.
• Request deletion of your personal information, at any time, for any reason.
• Object to processing for direct marketing purposes.
• Lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection authority in your jurisdiction (the Personal Data Protection Department in Malaysia, or the Personal Data Protection Commission in Singapore).

How to exercise these rights, including removal: email us at care@never-2-far.com with the subject line "Privacy Request" and tell us what you want done. You do not need to give a reason. We will action removal requests within 7 working days of receiving them, and we will reply to confirm once it is done. Your request will be honoured by both Neu N Optimal PLT and Cirra Edge Pte Ltd simultaneously — a single email is enough.

9. Children

Never-2-Far is intended for use by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe a child has provided us with their personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

10. Cookies and tracking

Our website does not currently use marketing or analytics cookies. Our hosting provider may set minimal functional cookies necessary for security and performance. We do not use third-party tracking pixels.

11. International transfers

Our service providers may store data outside Malaysia and Singapore (for example, on global content-delivery networks). Where this happens, we ensure that the receiving country provides an adequate level of protection or that appropriate safeguards are in place.

12. Updates to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will use reasonable efforts to notify you in advance — for example, by email if you have provided one and given consent, or by a prominent notice on our website.
