How soon can a visit be arranged?

Most visits are confirmed within 48 hours of your request. For anniversaries, festivals such as Qingming or Hari Raya, or other dates of meaning, we suggest booking at least a week ahead so we can match the right representative to the site.

Where is the service available today?

We are launching in the Klang Valley (Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya, Cheras, Subang) in Q2 2026. Other Malaysian states will follow as more families reach out to us.

How do you protect privacy?

Your request, location, and visit report are shared only with you and the assigned representative. We never share your details with third parties, and we hold imagery only for as long as it takes to deliver it to you.

What does a visit cost?

Pricing is per visit and fully transparent. No subscriptions, no hidden fees. Full pricing will be shared at launch, and we'll let you know the moment you express interest.

A note from the founder

"My grandmother is buried in a town I haven't been able to visit in seven years. I'm not the only one."

Many of us live across oceans from the places that hold our families' memories. Work, visas, children, the cost of flying home. These reasons stack up, and the years pass quietly.

Never-2-Far exists because a visit doesn't have to be impossible. Someone can stand at the headstone for you, on a date and time you choose, laying flowers in your name, all from the comfort of your home.

We started this for our own families. We hope it helps yours.
